There are 5 steps, that I take when
create a new blog, in order to have it indexed by Google (is this what
you mean?)
1. Write a few good articles on your blog
2. Create Analytics and Webmaster tools
3. Submit your blog to blogcatalog, technorati etc. (= to reputable blog directories)
4. Submit your URL to Google: http://www.google.com/add
5. Write a few guest posts which will allow you to link to your site
If you follow those 5 simple steps, I am sure your site will be indexed very quickly (you can check it by going to Google and search for:
"site:yoursiteurl")
